Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only your own account. Access may be restricted when an account is unverified, inactive, suspended, involved in suspected misuse, or otherwise not entitled to the requested service.

• Students, lecturers, and staff use role-based access within one account.
• Account recovery does not override a suspension or other access restriction.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

Courses and service information

Course pages identify the relevant lecturer, batch, schedule, medium, price, payment plan, recording availability, and enrollment status. Availability and learning access are governed by the selected batch and the status recorded by OpenClass.lk.

OpenClass provides a platform for online education and does not guarantee examination results, employment, professional accreditation, uninterrupted third-party meeting services, or a particular learning outcome.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Paid enrollments use the displayed manual bank-transfer process. A submitted receipt is evidence for review, not automatic approval. The Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policies form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not share paid access, live links, recordings, materials, or account credentials.
• Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, malicious, infringing, or privacy-invasive material.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, authorization, security, rate limits, or private-file controls.
• Treat lecturers, students, and staff respectfully.

Changes and contact

Material policy changes apply prospectively unless law or safety requires otherwise. The version accepted for a transaction is retained with that transaction where supported.
