OpenClass.lk respects copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights, and other intellectual-property rights.
Platform and course content
OpenClass branding, software, page design, and platform-authored text remain owned or licensed by the operator. Lecturer content remains owned by its creator or licensor, subject to the licence needed to deliver the approved course. Students receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access entitled content.
Prohibited use
- Do not copy, record, download, redistribute, translate, adapt, resell, or publicly perform protected content without permission or a lawful exception.
- Do not remove ownership notices, share private URLs, or upload material you do not have the right to use.
- Student submissions remain the student’s content but grant the limited permission needed for assessment, support, integrity, and recordkeeping.
Reports
Send a sufficiently detailed infringement report to info@openclass.lk, identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material, your authority, and a reliable contact method. OpenClass may restrict material while reviewing a credible report.
