Cancellation ends or changes participation; it is distinct from a refund and does not automatically return money.
Student cancellation
A student may cancel an eligible enrollment through the authenticated confirmation flow. Cancellation closes future protected access while preserving enrollment and finance history. Any refund must be requested and approved separately under the Refund Policy.
Session changes
A lecturer or authorized operator may reschedule or cancel a class session. The updated schedule and available replacement, recording, or material will be communicated through the platform where applicable.
Batch or course cancellation
If OpenClass or the responsible lecturer cannot provide a material part of a paid batch, OpenClass will review replacement, rescheduling, credit, or refund options based on the affected service and applicable rights. No lecturer may privately rewrite the platform payment record.
